Three new models for 2017 carry forth the Eco-Drive legacy. The different types of ‘Duratect’, CITIZEN’s proprietary surface hardening technologies, is applied to the stainless steel cases of these models for further scratch resistance and colour variations. Duratect DLC has a valiant dark grey colour and has been used on Eco-Drive One for the first time. Two models with the dark-grey Duratect DLC (AR5024-01E/AR5025- 08E) feature silver and pink cermet bezels respectively. There is a monotone simplicity evident in one, while the other exudes very stylish glamour.
