Meticulously designed, elegant, yet affordable, Frederique Constant swears by its ‘Accessible Luxury’ philosophy and their new Classics Automatic GMT is just the right representation of this USP. Since day one, the manufacture has outdone itself, be it in the launch of their extremely successful Worldtimer or even their Slimline Moonphase model. Given that the new Classics Automatic GMT is lighter on the pocket in comparison to most GMT watches, makes it a natural choice for globetrotters.
In the words of Frederique Constant, “It will always remind you of what really matters. People say, “home is where the heart is”, well with your GMT, “home” will accompany you wherever you are”.
The watch is presented in two versions: a stainless steel case and a rose gold-plated case. Inside the 42 mm case, is Frederique Constant’s FC-350 Automatic movement which harbours an in-house GMT module and a 38-hour power reserve. The elegant silver-colored dial features a guilloché decoration, black printed Roman numeral indexes. Those timeless Breguet-style hands just add to its personality. The see-through case back offers a sneak peek at the inner workings of the movement. Seeing the movement first-hand, draws upon the elaborateness of its making. The look is wrapped up with either a dark brown or black leather strap.
