12 November, 2015: For the first time Australia experienced, the ‘Charming Bird’, winner of the GPHG 2015 “Mechanical Exception” category and the ‘Bird Repeater’, a pure Jaquet Droz creation combining timeless style and cutting edge technology at a special event celebrating the launch of Jaquet Droz in Australia at the prestigious Monards boutique in Crown, Melbourne.
Reviewing the exceptional contributions that the Manufacture has made to the field of horology, art, enamelling, engraving, gem setting and micro mechanics, the showcased focused, on the astonishing world of Jaquet Droz. Guests were also able to experience various stone dials and the iconic Grande Seconde Tourbillon with opal dial.
