Montblanc International CEO Jérôme Lambert arrived in Australia this week for a whirlwind visit to celebrate the brands 110th anniversary.
Accompanied by Julien Renard (Regional President of Asia Pacific) and Anouar Guerraoui (Managing Director of Montblanc South East Asia), this is Mr. Lambert’s first official Australian visit since he was appointed CEO in 2013.
The Darwin Room at Vue de Monde, Melbourne and the Green room at Quay Restaurant, Sydney, were transformed into the full “Montblanc” experience with two intimate dinners held in honor of Mr. Lambert’s visit. Montblanc VIPs wined and dined with Lambert with the exclusive opportunity to witness an intimate Q&A session at each dinner.
On Tuesday the 6th of September, Managing Director of Montblanc Australia Leon Mervis hosted a press breakfast at the Utzon Room in the iconic Sydney Opera House where we got up close and personal with the latest novelty launches including the Montblanc 4810 Watch Collection, Urban Spirit Leather Collection and the Writer’s Edition William Shakespeare writing instruments.
Addressing approximately 100 members of the press, Lambert highlighted his affection for Australia and how Montblanc’s strong connection within arts and culture has tied itself to some of Australia’s most iconic talents: Marc Newson, designing the Montblanc M writing instrument and Montblanc’s Global Ambassador, the multi-talented Aussie Gent – Hugh Jackman.
